GALLERY NANOFAT/PRP

The use of PRP and Nanofat with regenerative cells is not new. Worldwide this technology and use of this autologous material is both widespread and shows promise for the applications as described below.

No guarantee can be given that every patient will respond successfully to this treatment, but the photographs following this discussion reflect our specific experience using this biological approach to scar and fibrosis, skin aging and hair loss.

FACIAL REGENERATION

PRE

This is a 56-year-old female who presented with an unsuccessful primary facelift, significant painful keloid scarring, advanced sun related skin damage, and wrinkling. Patient underwent 3 treatments of PRP with Nanofat containing regenerative cells followed by a tertiary facelift.

POST

The post-operative view demonstrates pan facial regenerative improvement in skin appearance, wrinkling, and volume. Structural fat grafting under the eyes, around the mouth, jaw and forehead has further corrected the aging appearance. Finally, the deep plane tertiary facelift re-established a more youthful shape and support for her aging face.

hair regeneration patient 1

PRE

This is a 73-year-old male who presented with advanced hair loss. He received 3 treatments of PRP and Nanofat with regenerative cells and Mesotherapy to the scalp spaced over a one-year period.

POST

Post-Procedure photo reflects hair growth over the one-year period of treatment.

hair regeneration patient 2

PRE

This is a 48-year-old male who presented with advanced hair loss. He received 2 treatments of PRP and Nanofat with regenerative cells and Mesotherapy to the scalp spaced 6 months apart.

POST

Post-Procedure photo reflects hair growth over a one-year period.

SCAR REGENERATION patient 1

PRE

Previous attempt at cosmetic improvement in the neck profile resulted in foreshortening of the neck skin and painful keloid extending from jaw to jaw.

POST

3 treatments with PRP and nanofat containing regenerative cells significantly reduced pain, scar volume, fibrosis and contracture in the interior neck improving both cosmetic appearance and functionality. Regenerative cells are known for their profound anti-fibrotic ability.

PRE

Significant vertical tension on the skin during a previous facelift resulted in necrosis and formation of painful keloid behind the ear.

POST

After 3 treatments with PRP and nanofat with regenerative cells, there was a significant reduction in fibrosis, scarring and scar volume and a complete resolution of keloid scar pain and itching. The reduction in fibrosis in the scar and skin overall made possible a revision surgery to correct the inferiorly displaced ear attachment point and re-draping of skin in a more natural manner.

SCAR REGENERATION patient 2

pre

This is a 60-year-old patient with extensive lateral lumpectomy for breast cancer. She presents with post-operative radiation therapy, retracted, dense scarring internally and externally, radiation changes to skin, and volume loss.

post

One year post - 2 treatments with nanofat with regenerative cells and structural fat grafting to the right lateral breast. Significant regenerative improvement in retracted lumpectomy scar, resolution of radiation induced skin changes, and volume restoration of lost breast tissue.
